One dead in California's Gann Fire

A woman died in a home overtaken by the Gann Fire near Angels Camp in Northern California, a blaze that a man says he set off unintentionally.
Cbsnews.com reports that friends of a longtime German shepherd breeder believe she is the woman whose body was found in a burned home in Calaveras County, and KQED, SFGATE and The New York Times carry the account. County officials have not confirmed who died, so for now the identification rests with her friends.
