Kirill Dmitriev, the sanctioned head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund who regularly negotiates for Moscow, was seated next to Davyd Arakhamia, the head of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Servant of the People party and a chief negotiator for Ukraine, The Guardian reports.
